The best WordPress themes out there are by Brian Gardner and his creative team at StudioPress. The new Genesis Framework is the only way to go if you are developing a website. Their themes are like my databases, clean, clear, concise and simple to use.
There are a lot of free themes available, but you get what you pay for. The support and talent at StudioPress is by far first class and the designers have created some fantastic looking themes.
